How Much is Shipping?
We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping for all orders over 30USD and charge a flat fee of 10USD for order under 30USD. If you want to take advantage of express shipping options make sure you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When Do I Pay?
You pay upon confirmation of the order. Select the items you would like to purchase, click on the “Checkout” button in the right corner, enter your shipping information and select the payment processor you would like to use. Currently we accept PayPal, Stripe Credit Card Payments and Apple pay. Once we receive the confirmation for your payment we will process and ship your order right away.
Shipping Over 30$ Is Free But I Still See 10$ Shipping Charge?
Yes, in your basket you will see additional charge of 10$ but upon checkout the price will adjust and you won’t pay for the shipping charge.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
How Long Will My Order take to be delivered?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. After which, your order will be ready to ship out. It usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to most western countries and 15-20 business days for international shipping, depending on your location.
How Do I Track My Package?
We will send you a tracking number when your order ships.

And enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.
Can I choose another courier?
When you place your order at Kyutec.net, we use the logistic provider that makes most sense depending on the country you are in. If you want to get your delivery from a specific provider, please make sure you contact us at email@example.com
Why Can’t I track my Shipping Information on the Website?
Please note that the tracking information may be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. Therefore, if you can’t find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later.
Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?
Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.
Help! There’s a problem with my shipment!
If there’s an issue with your package, please contact our Support Team. Please be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.
The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. We will mark the package as a gift for our customers. BUT duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.
How much will customs charges be for my country?
As charges are individually assessed by your country’s officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from cases to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges may be for your order.
How Can I Pay For My Order?
Current payment methods for orders are Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay and PayPal.

The default currency that is displayed on the website is in US dollars.
How Do I Order?
Browse through the products that you like in our shop, then click “Add to Cart” and “Checkout”. Enter your shipping and billing details and wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep. It is that simple.
Oh no! I need to modify my order!
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Kyutec has a 21-day refund policy for all orders placed through kyutec.net. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused and for products purchased from our online shop (not our distributors).
What If I Receive a Damaged Product?
We always try source for the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to email@example.com let us know your problem and please don’t forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the issue.
